Necessary shop technologies

The shop uses cookies and browser storage necessary for your selected language, cart, account, security and payment. kvasaro_language remembers the language for a browser session. woocommerce_cart_hash and woocommerce_items_in_cart update the cart during the session, and wp_woocommerce_session_* connects the cart to the WooCommerce session for up to 48 hours. wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_* and wordpress_test_cookie support sign-in and cookie checks. kvasaro_cookie_preferences saves your cookie choice for 180 days.

At payment, Stripe may use cookies and browser storage, including __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid and m, for fraud detection; authentication cookies may be used if you choose Link. Stripe describes the current scope and duration in its cookie settings. The shop does not store complete card details.

Customer sign-in cookies are session cookies, with server-side authentication valid for up to 12 hours; administrator sessions last up to 8 hours. Signing out ends access. Stripe technical cookies have function-specific lifetimes listed in the Stripe table linked above; they may be necessary for fraud prevention and the payment you choose.

Analytics with consent

The server stores daily aggregate counts of shop actions. These counts contain no IP addresses, user identifiers or individual histories and need no additional cookies.

If you consent, the shop loads Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure page and product views, cart actions, checkout starts, signups, purchases and selected site interactions. Google may use _ga and _ga_* cookies and online identifiers to distinguish browsers. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses or card details to GA4. Without consent the Google tag does not load. You can refuse without losing shopping features and withdraw consent through Cookie settings in the footer. See Google's privacy policy.

“Accept all” enables analytics; “Reject optional” leaves it off. The settings panel lets you choose separately. Restricting necessary cookies in your browser may break the cart, payment or sign-in.

Necessary technologies for transmission or an explicitly requested service fall under Article 399(3) of Poland's Electronic Communications Law. See our privacy policy for personal data and recipients.

Analytics cookie lifetime and consent storage

Google Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_* are configured to last at most 180 days from creation; later page views do not extend this period. Your browser may shorten it. When you withdraw consent, we remove these cookies for the shop domain and stop loading analytics. Withdrawal does not automatically erase information previously sent to Google; contact the controller to exercise your rights.

kvasaro_cookie_preferences stores the settings version, choice date, your action and whether analytics is allowed. It is stored on your device for 180 days after your choice, with Secure and SameSite=Lax attributes. It is readable by the consent script and contains no password or card details. Browser cookie lifetime is separate from event retention within Google Analytics.
